Squat – 50kg x many, 70x5, 90x5, 110x5, 130x5, 150x3, 170x3, 190x1, 200x1, 210x1, 170x5, 180x5
Deadlift – 100x5, 150x2, 170x2, 190x2, 200x1, 210x1
Bench Press – 50x5, 70x5, 90x5, 110x3, 120x3, 130x1, 140x1, 150x1 160x1, 170x1. Down sets 120x5, 130x5
Bent Over Rows (between bench sets) 5x8 @ 80kgs

Front squat – worked up to 135kgx1, down set 2x5 @ 1oo
Bench Press – worked up to 150x1. Down sets 120x5, 130x5
Pullups between bench sets – about 40 reps
Feeling very worked over now that I’ve been doing this routine for over six weeks. It’s a lot of squatting and I’m bench twice as much as I used to. Still things are on the improve. Even my shoulder is feeling better thanks to some theroband and constant rehab. If I could only get some decent sleep!
