Lower body.. Prowler

- Free Squat max 3 @ 90kgs
- Dead lifts max 3 @ 105kg
- GHR 3 x 10
- Leg raises 3 x 10
- Prowler x 4
Today I felt like I just did ok at everything. I felt a little disappointed, however, still managed to get through it. I haven't done a lower body session since I was at Derrimuts with RD, about two weeks. I was very slow with the Prowler too. Just seemed to take forever to get from one end to the next. Hopefully I pick up a bit more next week.
