Crazy Busy: A Week Of Workouts! - Joey
The last week has been crazy busy, I have trained everyday, so sorry for not posting. In short I have done
Monday – 8.1 km rum 50.50mins(around the you yangs)
Tuesday – Upper body day at ESP. I got (9 pull ups in a row, I was pretty happy with that)
Wednesday – Lower body day (100kg for a below parallel squat, no box)
Thursday – Cross fit session: 6 over head d/b press superset with 26 ring push ups (horribly hard, after the first round I was doing 2 push ups at a time.)
Friday – 7.8km run 48mins (around the you yangs again)
Saturday – Eastern beach. 3km jog. Workout: Bear crawl up the eastern beach hill, run down, broad jumps for 30m, stoping every 5 jumps to do 3 burpees, jog back to start. 5 rounds for time. 36mins
Sunday – Just did an easy run with my 11 Y/O who asked me to help him get ready for the cross country run.
