Aqua Running & Jazz & Aunt Carol - Leah
Saturday Morning - Did an Aqua Running class again (60mins). However, I also followed it up with a 30 minute slow lap swimming/jogging. Felt like I'd actually done something for a change.
Sunday - Walked 5.5kms with my mother!!!!! Had to slow it up a bit a couple of times which disappointed me. But I don't want to push too hard and have my hip flair up again.
Monday night - went flat out at Helen Curwood's class and was feeling a little better than "Aunt Carol" although not by much! Hip felt really good afterwards which was great. I know I'm going to miss my February 12 6ker but I'm more OK with that than I was previously. My aim is to slowly get back to where I was and get to the March 18th SunFest Fun Run 5ker.
I need to get there so I can whip my sister, brother in law, and husbands arses!

I wouldn't be so sure about that...Im struggling with the whole running thing. lol I always just do sprints and short runs!! Have you done the Tough Bloke challenge before?? By the look of it, we are going to be stuck at line ups for the obstacles??
