A Week's Lifting - 220kg Squat, 170kg Bench. And Totally Knackered.

Conventional Deadlift – 140x3, 160x3, 180x2, 190x2, 200x1, 210x2
Bench Press – worked up to 160x1. Down sets – 140x5
Pullups/dips/leg raises lots between bench sets

High Bar Squat – worked up to 195kg. Down set 170x5
Sumo Deadlift – 8x2 @ 160kg
Bench – worked up to 150kg. Down sets – 120x5, 130x5, 140x5

Squat – worked up to 220kg. Down sets 170x5, 180x5
Sumo Deadlift –8x2 @ 160kg
Dips with 25kg plate – 5x5
Pullups – 25kg x 3,3,3,2. 20kg x3, x3. 15 x3. BW x5

Bench – worked up to 170kg x 1. Down set 100x10
It’s been a good week of training and I’ve struggled time wise to log regularly but I’ve hit some good numbers – the 220kg squat (vid below) and the 170kg bench being the real positives. This has happened while lifting my training frequency a hell of a lot and having some very poor sleeping patterns. I have a few niggly injuries – shoulder and groins and I am feeling totally drained for the first time since starting this routine five weeks ago but I’m getting stronger and I think if I keep at it I will adapt and get better. Time will tell of course. Party on.

Good training, just cut back on the sleep even further for even greater gains and stop complaining--sleep is for pussies
